Beef – $75.00 per head

Brand Inspection Required for all Beef

Pork – $40 per head

Sheep – $35 per head

$5 per animal per day boarding for pre-slaughter animals

Domestic Processing (this does not include slaughter)

Beef: $0.55/lb Hanging Weight

Beef: $0.70/lb Boned Out

Hogs: $0.75/lb Hanging Weight

Hogs: $0.55/lb Smoke and Cure Meat

Sheep & Goats: $65.00 or $0.70/lb Hanging Weight

Wild Game Processing

(price may may be less depending on the size of the carcass you bring us)

Tag required on all wild game

Cow Elk: $200 Boned Out

Bull Elk: $300 Boned Out

Deer: $100 Boned Out

Antelope: $90 Boned out

Cold Storage: $7/day Deer – $10/day Elk

Chorizos: $3.50/lb. (Includes spices and added pork)

Breakfast Sausage: $2.50/lb. (Includes spices and added pork)

Brats: $3.50/lb. (Includes spices and added pork)

Salami: $15 each (3 1/2 pounds each) (Includes spices and added pork)

Summer Sausage: $15 each (3 1/2 pounds each) (Includes spices and added pork)

Trail Bologna: $15 each (3 1/2 pounds each) (Includes spices and added pork)
