D Bar X Meats offers high-quality, custom, USDA-approved meat processing and custom-cut USDA-approved retail meats through our clean, modern facility at Sacramento Pass, Nevada. We’ve been in business since August 2012 and were locally family-owned and operated by Pat and Kristi Fillman until March 2020. Now long-time employee Armando Villarreal has taken the reins and is managing the meat operations as D Bar X Meats, LLC.

We are located at Sacramento Pass, Nevada (at the antler gate). This is 47 miles east of Ely, Nevada on US Hwy 6&50. We are open Monday-Friday 7-11 and 12-3 Pacific time.
